There is a credit but the url was forgotten and could not be added anymore since the contest was closed. There is however a source link to the file on the bottom of the page to RGBStock.com. Every little bit helps ;-)

Oh, I didn't realise. I thought you were just showing the image. I'd contact them or their site to complain. That is redistribution, and against our rules.

There is "kontakt" at the bottom of the page. I'd write a complaint, giving them a link to your image, a link to the page where it is used, and a link to our Image lIcence and terms of use. The person probably just didn't understand the rules.
If you Google their identity, you may find them elsewhere online, where it might be easier to contact them directly.

I sent her a mail, she answered me with her apologies and now there are links to here for both images. I think she is a honest person who didn't read our terms of use.
