Oh, that's just stomach lining. Not fun, but no pee. Why would anyone eat the organs that carry the disease? And LIVER! If you have cancer, it's straight to the liver for attempts at filtering, and all through the lymphatic system. Not to mention SWEETBREADS! AARGH! Eating endocrine glands might sound like fun to some...
They're called sweetbreads for the obvious reason that if you called them thymus glands or the pancreas, you couldn't give the things away.
